I think it means the option "Pinned items act as quick launch" doesn't work.. At least is not working for me. This is why I came here to check.

I'm a first time user. Just now!.

Best regards!

Open up EP Properties application, go to taskbar, and set taskbar style to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher), not Windows 10. We no longer offer more support on the stock Windows 10 taskbar.

@pyrates999 Thank you for the quick response..

I tried that but didn't work, and in that mode secondary taskbars stay at the bottom and cannot be moved to the top. Using "Windows 10 (default)" style does allow to move secondary taskbars to the top.

I'm using Windows 10 latest.

Best regards!

Oh I missed that you're running windows 10. Change back to the default Windows 10 taskbar then in EP.

Here's how to get the quick launch toolbar in windows 10: https://www.lifewire.com/add-quick-launch-toolbar-in-windows-10-5115231

You don't even need EP installed to do this.
