Weather widget layout issues (with vertical taskbar)

With the W10 taskbar on the side, the weather widget gets cut off, even when "display on 2 lines" is checked:

In W10, the behavior was to display the text below the icon (line break after the icon):

Experiencing same issue with the text being placed directly next to the icon and cut off, even with the 2 line option enabled

When the taskbar is on the side, you need to make your taskbar wider if you want the weather information to fit.
