Event Write File maybe work not proberly

I don`t know how i am setting the file timestamp and the permissions on the write file event correctly. Maybe an improvement for the docs is needed. i had copied the example event for write file (not modified from me) and it is not working. how does it work?

WinSCP says: "Uploading the "test.txt" file was successful, but an error occurred while setting permissions and/or file time."
