[FEATURE REQUEST] new mistland stuff configurable (eitr etc)

it would be cool if generation of refined eitr, sap farming etc. could be as configurable as the things that are in there already (like ores multiplier). Any plans on that?

As well as auto deposit / fuel into the refinery (I can't find this in config, and it doesn't happen by default).

I believe this has been coded. I'm not sure if it's been tested by the coder before the PR was made though so NX may test the new version of V+ before releasing it. TBA but i'm hoping soon.
