[FEATURE REQUEST] Add configuration option to toggle modification of player inventory

Please review the feature requests already submitted to ensure that you are not submitting a duplicate This could potentially address #695, but it's not exactly the same request so I thought I should add a separate issue.

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe. I would like to use V+ to modify the size of chest and/or vehicle inventories. However, enabling the inventory section causes the extended inventory mod I use to break (I use OdinsExtendedInventory, but I know it also causes problems with similar mods such as Equipment and Quick Slots and Extended Player Inventory).

Describe the solution you'd like Add a configuration option to toggle V+ modifying the player inventory, so that V+ can be used to modify chest/vehicle inventory without causing incompatibility problems with mods that change the player inventory.

I've created a draft PR to address this issue, but I don't have access to my main PC at the moment, so if someone would be willing to test it and/or review the PR, I would appreciate it!
