[BUG] Workbench radius invisible

• Valheim Game Version: 0.211.11
• V+ Mod Version: 0.9.9.9

Bug description: enabling workbench section in the config file (even with all default values otherwise) stops workbench radius (white dotted line) from showing up.

Steps for the devs to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set "enabled" to true in "Workbench" section.
2. Use hammer to start placing workbench or other building pieces requiring it (like walls).

Expected behaviour: normally there's a white dotted line showing max radius of a workbench. It works like that in unmodded game but also in modded (including valheim plus) as long as the workbench section is not enabled.

Troubleshooting steps taken: I've confirmed expected behaviour in vanilla game (same world, same character) but I've also tried launching the game with only valheim plus (and it's dependencies) to see if there's maybe a mod conflict going on. No matter what I did, as long as workbench section was enabled, there was no visible line showing the radius (I'm using default values for all workbench settings except roofcheck, but I checked with this one also set to default false with no luck).
