[FEATURE REQUEST] Customizable Sea Wave Parameters

It would be great if I could customize the min/max height of waves or how close they appear to shore. This is often very immersion-breaking and makes building good/usable docks and buildings too close to shore very tedious. I don't mind the massive crests in deep oceans while sailing, but there doesn't seem to be any variation in amplitude to soften them closer to shore.
