[FEATURE REQUEST] If in Swamp then increase brightness

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe. As we all know the swamps are often to dark. with nightBrightnessMultiplier = 0.5 I find the brightness in the swamp at night to be almost double the daytime brightness. Currently for me the swamp is far to dark during a rainy day and the crypts are not navigable. But with nightBrightnessMultiplier = 0.5 I simply go to the swamp only at night and I can navigate the crypts and find my way through the swamp.

Describe the solution you'd like Make it so that brightness can be modified only for the swamp Day and Night.
