[BUG] Autorpair doesn't repair armour

Autorpair doesn't repair armour

To Reproduce

Have damaged armour go to workbench and have autorpair enabled all weapons will be fixed but armour will remain damaged and repair button will be gray out.

Expected behavior

Armour should be automatically repaired.

Troubleshooting

I can disable a auto repair every time my armour drops to low % but it's very incontinent.
