Both `swift-png` and `jpeg` packages could be used together if module aliasing is used for one of packages like in this [PR](https://github.com/valeriyvan/swift-geometrize/pull/116/files). So this PR is not needed anymore.

It seems like models could downloaded by this script [`download.sh`](https://github.com/PINTO0309/PINTO_model_zoo/blob/main/053_BlazePose/07_openvino/download.sh) and this [`download.sh`](https://github.com/PINTO0309/PINTO_model_zoo/blob/main/058_BlazePose_Full_Keypoints/01_Accurate/07_openvino/download.sh). Is this correct?
