Support for Armv7 architecture on Docker images

Hey @valeriansaliou, how are you doing? I noticed that recently, you have merged support for ArmV7, which is excellent! On the other hand, we still need a Docker image published on the registry compatible with the architecture. Do you plan to support this, or are you open to contributions?
