Duplicate Word Rule On New Lines

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the duplicate word rule, could it ignore words when they go on a new line, for example:

# Headers
Headers are...
^ would give an error

Describe the solution you'd like Make the duplicate word / duplicate phrase rule ignore words / phrases on new lines

Describe alternatives you've considered Rewording my sentences.. but that's not really practical.
