Application trapped on infinite loading screen

Trying to open the app results in an infinite loading screen. Tried running as admin, reinstalling, restarting my computer and none worked. I am using Windows 11 with 32gb RAM.

Did you extract all the files from the .zip?

How long have you been waiting for it to load? Other users have reported it taking as long as 30 minutes on first load (for reasons I unfortunately can't figure out).
