How small is the equivalent frame if you save it from the GUI?
I'm trying this on my own machine, and the output size for a sample frame is ~800KB. Compressing it with `oxipng -o max` gives 500KB. How are you getting 4MB...
Can you upload the original image and settings preset so I can try to replicate this? (EDIT: hang on, now it's 2 MB and not 4?)
