Requirement of lark-parser causing InvalidConfigError on install

On some environments (Mainly github hosted runners) when installing commentjson you get the following failure (v3.9/10/11/12)

Newer versions of lark(v0.12.0+) no longer include this problematic key and I believe are drop in compatible?
