Out of range/url not found errors even with the latest versions of youtbe-dl

I had updated my youtbe-dl to the latest version, but there are out of range and url not found errors when i tried to add a playlist..

Requirement already up-to-date: youtube-dl in ./.local/lib/python3.8/site-packages (2021.3.25)

Please make sure you're pasting url to a public youtube playlist. This project does not support playing individual videos or private playlists/videos.
