Would it be possible to implement the round robin functionality?

Hi,

For Oracle VM databases (oracle SCAN for database cluster), I need to have for an FQDN a resolution on 3 different ip addresses:

Three static IP addresses configured on the domain name server (DNS) before installation so that the three IP addresses are associated with the name provided as the SCAN, and all three addresses are returned in random order by the DNS to the requestor.

I would be very happy to review a PR for that. But I don't have a use case for this, so I don't see myself working on this on the foreseeable future.

If you could at least write the tests for that, I could help with the implementation.
