Help with automatic applying new profile when booting

Hello, i just installed cpupower-gui_1.0.0-1_all_linux_mint on linux mint 21.03 (kernel 6.15); i like to achieve that my costum profile is started everytime i (re)boot my system. Please how can i achieve this?

Second question: is there a way to change my built-in-profile? Is does'nt seem to work? Thx for help!
