Is there an option for changing the type of transition animation? Ideally I would like to use this for a background that fades between pictures.

Hi! I have this same questions but I sadly think the answer is no. I installed this as a dev dependency and looked at the code ni the node package, and it seems it's specificaly done to do the slide animation. But with some tweaks it should be possible to get the fade one
