Add ability to set custom columns

I am testing some responsive layouts based on the terminal window size and the 100 is hard coded in which only allows me to write tests for smaller layouts. It would be great to add an option to the render method to set it on the Stdout class.

If I have time over the holiday I'll try and write a PR.
