Can you try doing a debug build of Mudlet, not a telephone?
How are you compiling Mudlet? There is a way to tell CMake/Qt to do a debug build. I don't think the -g worked since the drawLine method is still without.uch...
That should be enough. I'm not sure then without looking into it. Try your other idea instead.
We've had the revert the original fix in https://github.com/Mudlet/Mudlet/pull/7441 due to https://github.com/Mudlet/Mudlet/issues/7316. Unfortunately the original bounty hunter wasn't available to fix the issue, so this is up for grabs again...
