Mouse not work in few USB ports (not all).

After i set filtering to my mouse i cannt use mouse in 2 ports that i setted her. How to uninstall this and make it work again?

From the SweetLow's Readme :

If mouse stops working and disappears from the list:

Go to extra/Setup.exe Use tab and shift tab to highlight "mice only", press spacebar. You will see your mouse again. Use tab and shift tab to highlight your mouse. Use tab and shift tab to highlight "filter on device", press spacebar. Use tab and shift tab to highlight "restart", press spacebar.
