The VoiceMenuTest.sandbox tests don't run

I see the voice menu tests in the VoiceMenuTest.sandbox don't run. Is this just because there are not generators or interpreters available to do anything with them. Just checking that I am not missing something. No problem if they are just beginnings for some domain-specific tests but thought I would ask to see if this is an issue or not.
