spreadsheet display is missing row and column

Certain spreadsheets, we believe they are the ones that have a selected cell outside of the visible range, do not display correctly. They are missing row 1 and column A. See the attached screenshot. If you scroll down past the selected cell then the entire contents of the sheet displays properly.

You can easily reproduce the problem in the vaadin spreadsheet demo with the attached spreadsheet file.
