When opening a spreadsheet with comments, the ability to see and manipulate the comments is absent, even though menu items for comment functionality are visible and selectable - they just have no effect.

I've attached a problematic spreadsheet. (Note that there will be a separate issue for the initial display problem which skips row and columns until the spreadsheet is scrolled past the initially selected cell.)

I am running spreadsheet 1.2 with vaadin base 7.6.8. You can easily reproduce this problem with the vaadin spreadsheet demo.
