Add a task to test Vaadin with multi node versions

as we promise the vaadin works node XY+, we should test multi node versions.

Probably we can re-use the JDK's build and check all other constrains related with minimum supported versions of

• node
• npm
• pnpm It can be done with the downloaded starter project
