[autocrud] Support having the Form in separate view not only side-by-side to the Grid

Describe your motivation

In many real-world cases, the form for adding/editing the records is complex and big, and forcing the developers/users to only have it side-by-side with a grid is bad UX.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a possibility for having a separate view for the form in AutoCrud, in a way that after pressing Add or Edit buttons, it navigates to a new view rendering the form. Also, to prevent users from going back and forth between the Form and the Grid, the navigation controls should be available on the Form e.g. << < [Record x of n] > >>
