chore: Upgrade to Node.js 22.1.0

Targets Vaadin 24.5 or 24.6, when Node.js 22 status is "ACTIVE", see https://nodejs.org/en/blog/announcements/v22-release-announce.

This PR can be updated with later 22.x releases to be sure that Flow has no issues with it (however, Flow validation doesn't 100% guarantees it).
