Liferay config files created by Vaadin Eclipse plugin uses ancient version of config

Reported by Matti Tahvonen on 26 May 2014 09:37 UTC Creating a Portlet with Vaadin plugin, uses liferay specific files with dtd related to Liferay 4.0. Liferay version is running at 6.2 nowadays. Configuration files should be updated from ancient times to 2014.

Wizards use Maven archetypes now and this should changed there.
