Option to use Typst template for submitting units along with LaTeX

This would be a nice feature request, though it would be a moderate amount of work. Two parts are needed:

(1) Someone needs to figure out how to get pandoc or similar to output the problem statements in Typst format in a way that isn't hideous. pandoc does an okay job right now, but still needs a bit of improvement before it's presentable to the end user I think.

(2) Then we need to work in a similar button for downloading the template.
