About the handling after etcd restart。

When etcd/redis is restarted while the vineyard daemon remains running, all information recorded in etcd/redis is lost after recovery; and the running vineyard daemons will not re-register themselves, nor will the information on each daemon be resynchronized to etcd/redis. Is this normal? How should one handle this situation when it occurs?
