Zajímavé, s Guavou jsem na ten problém nenarazil. Ad JMX: Pokud se nemýlím, omezení JMX platí jen pro SubtrateVM (tedy pro native-image) a ne pro plnohodnotnou JVM.

Koukám na nalinkované commity a přijde mi, že ty statické inicializátory berete zgruntu, možná až moc. U SubstrateVM není zakázané mít statické inicializátory, jen je potřeba počítat s tím, že...

Koukám, že s 1.0-RC7 už lze RoboZonky zkompilovat ze zdrojáků. Ne že by na tom nějak moc záleželo (tuto část klidně udělá i bězné JDK), ale je to určitý pokrok....

Reflexi lze použít i v SubstrateVM: https://github.com/oracle/graal/blob/master/substratevm/REFLECTION.md V některých případech je potřeba tomu uzpůsobit konfiguraci. Někdy si to SubstrateVM zvládne vyřešit automaticky.
