Feature request: provide feedback when indexing

When the symbols-view package is first used in a session, then it tells me that it is parsing the project symbols, and how far along is that process.

Of course, this package works differently, but I think counting the number of files parsed would be useful. Over time, people will learn how large is their project and then they can have an idea how long it might take to parse all those files.
