I can't update my GFWlist

  • failed to get latest version of GFWList: Get "https://api.github.com/repos/v2rayA/dist-v2ray-rules-dat/tags": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:443: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

But I'm sure I can connect to GitHub.
