V2Ray and Shadowsocks

Hello, I took a look at https://guide.v2fly.org/en_US/basics/shadowsocks.html#configuration to configure V2Ray with Shadowsocks and have a few questions:

1. Why is there no listen option in the inbounds section of Server-side Configuration?
2. If I want to add the listen option, then it should be the IP address of the V2Ray server or the IP address of the V2Ray client?
3. In the Client-side Configuration section, should the address option be the IP address of the V2Ray server?
