I'm currently working on a torrent search engine with a web-ui and I needed those features: search plugin support, plugin management (installation ...). So I thought it will be useful for others if I added them to the project Let me know what you think about this ! (I'm new to GitHub and all the pull requests things, sorry if it is not clear) @v1k45 if you could have an eye on this it'll be great thx
