Google treats rel="ugc" tag in links as nofollow

After adding domains to the do-follow list, I noticed the links have rel="ugc noopener noreferrer".

Google treats ugc as a hint not to pass PageRank, similar to nofollow. While it may still crawl the link, it generally won't transfer ranking signals unless it deems the content highly trustworthy.

It would also be great if we could have an option to "noreferrer" from links. I do want websites to know where the traffic is coming from.
