[Feature-Request] PlaySound volume override + PlaySound Relay

Hello, Do you think it is possible to add an argument within the PlaySound command in order to override the playback volume?

I would also like to be able to relay this sound to surrounding players such as the radio and the telephone in speaker mode.

Setting a volume with the built in TS functions is only possible, if you set a 3D position to the sound. I can play around a bit with it and see what i can do.

Relaying a sound would require a whole rework of the sound system, because you'd have to get the raw samples from the file and mix them into playback (your speakers) and capture (your mic).
