It's not obvious that clicking the reactions counter would count as up-vote

Social clients are different and some let you up-vote by clicking on the :heart: while they show who up-voted when clicking on the counter.

Only after "liking" my own note did I see the pale "3 reactions" above.

May I suggest to make clearer that ":heart: 3" is one button, not two? Or turn it into two buttons as described above?
