perl-devel needed for CentOS 7 in order to run makefile

Hello,

Just as a quick FYI - in order to run the command as shown in setup:

perl Makefile.PL INSTALLSITESCRIPT=/usr/local/share/zabbix/alertscripts

perl-devel is required in CentOS 7. It can be installed with yum install perl-devel.

If it would help, I'm happy to PR in the update to the README.
