Polyglot Notebook: [DevExE2E] If Markdown in Edit status -> collapse the markdown, the tip "1 cell hidden" doesn't show.

Polyglot Notebook: [DevExE2E] After saving the newly created .ipynb file -> then set the cell contents, there's no response when executing the cell.

This issue also repro on yesterday's build - VSCodeSetup-arm64-1.94.2 + dotnet-interactive-vscode-1.0.5511031.vsix. **Here is the repro VM: 10.214.92.195**

This issue also reproduces on Win ARM and Mac M1 OS when executing below commands: 1. On Win ARM: install net10 arm64, x64,x86 sdk and x64 runtime for .NET6.0. 2....

@nohwnd Following our test scenarios, I think we're not missing any runtime for all platforms (win x64\win ARM64\Mac M1). We can executed theses commands which descripted in original issue or...
