Inconsistency in Add/Remove to SSM button in system details section

Go to any system details page, some tab sections have the Add to SSM button on the top-right side of the screen, on some tabs, the button is missing and on some screens, it shows ‘Remove from SSM’.

It should show Add to SSM on all the screens and if a system is already added to the SSM it should only show the Remove from SSM button.

Hey @bisht-richa thank you for coming up with this. I have notice this, and the issue is a duplicated template, one is complete and have it, and the other one don't. We need to drop the template that is not complete, and replace the renderer with the correct one.
