After migrating to podman Schedule Actions pages time out.

Problem description

After migrating to podman the Schedule Actions pages do not load. The loading bar runs at the top of the page for a while and after that the "Request has timed out , please reload the page" pops up. Actions/tasks still run even scheduled ones but I cant see the results well. The home page also shows them. update: Failed, complete and archived actions open sometimes very slowly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Migrate to podman
2. Try to open the action pages.
