Why is venv-salt-minion-3006.0-25.1.uyuni missing for SLES15

For SLES12 the latest Uyuni client tools repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/Uyuni:/Stable:/SLE12-Uyuni-Client-Tools/SLE_12/x86_64/ contains the venv-salt-minion version 3006.0 release 25.1

For SLES15 the latest version https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/Uyuni:/Stable:/SLE15-Uyuni-Client-Tools/SLE_15/x86_64/ is still on release 24.1

We had an issue that our Uyuni installation used 3006.0-25.1 as the latest version for venv-salt-minion in our database which blocked creating the bootstrap repo. After we fixed the database we could create the bootstrap repo again but we asked ourself why the SLES15 release for Uyuni client tools is behind the SLES12 release.
