Change max age of meta-data objects in Squid cache to 5 minutes

Reduce the Uyuni Proxy cache time for channel meta-data and short-lived tftp items from 24 hours to 5 minutes.

I tested it locally and the cache was invalidated. I would need to have more insides on this one, since it can increase the overload in large scale deployments.
