No tftpboot-installation package for RPM distro installation in 15.4

I used to have a tftpboot PXE installation working in 15.3. After upgrading to 15.4 it stopped working, and the web interface fails to open. I suspect it is related to cobbler failing to start the service, because the old paths don't exist.

I looked for a replacement for the tftpboot-installation rpm in 15.4, but it doesn't exist. Will it be further supported by OpenSuse? If not, then section 8.4.2 of the Client Configuration Guide has to be adapted.
