New page dedicated for raw images

I did it via qemu-img resize, I commented it here because I couldn't find better spot in the current documentation state. You are right that having SUSE Manager 5.0 Server Deployment as a Virtual Machine - RAW page would be better. What I can do is to rollback this PR, and suggest creating new page dedicated for raw images where at least qemu-img resize with some context would be mentioned. [...]
