Idea: Ability to set log level for Java in sumaform

https://github.com/uyuni-project/uyuni/wiki/Java-Logging describes how to set up logging for an existing installation. It would be nice to set log levels for java components sumaform. This could e.g. be used for the test suite without having to restart tomcat in the middle of the test suite execution.
