need to be able to set up "released updates" and "unreleased updates" from test suite module

Hi sumaform gurus,

Currently test suite always runs with these settings on each VM:

• use_os_released_updates = true
• use_os_unreleased_updates = false

We would need more flexibility and have this as an option.

We probably don't need it on a per-host basis, so a central switch at testsuite module level should be enough IMHO.
