Missing repodata after sync

After a 3 days sync of multiple repos, I figured out that repodata were missing for some repositories (not all). To get them all, I had to rerun minima.

Not sure how to help providing more infos on that problem.

Sumaform triggers a run of minima. I discovered that this could conflict with manual runs of minima, leading to partially complete repos, or at least duplicate downloads.

A proper locking system would surely fix that problem.
